Lê Thế Thắng (Thắng sói) graduated in Art Studies from the Hanoi Academy of Theatre and Cinema.

He has previously held the position of Art Director at several companies in the media and advertising industries.

Thắng is currently an independent photographer and filmmaker.

His photographic essays and written work on travel, culture, and heritage have been published in well-known Vietnamese magazines such as Heritage, Travellive, and Vietnam Pathfinder.

Thắng sói is widely recognized as one of the pioneers and most successful practitioners of drone photography and cinematography in Vietnam. He is particularly noted for his breathtaking aerial images of the country, most notably the series “Vietnam from Above.”
